Cancellation Policy
Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your $200 retainer. This is non-refundable, but goes toward your purchase. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The following rules apply: If you cancel within 72 hours, you can rebook within 60 days and the $200 retainer will be transferred to your new booking. If you cancel within 48 hour or less, the $200 retainer is non-transferable and non-refundable. The product has already been purchased within this timeframe. We try to be as flexible as possible, so please communicate with us if issues arise.
