  • HOW CAN I BOOK?
    We happily offer an online booking system for you to use! You can schedule your experience by going to the top of the page and clicking "Booking" Booking 30 days in advance is recommended to secure the perfect date/time. Booking 7 days in advance will avoid any late booking fees. If your desired date/time is not available, please send us a text at 702-720-4052. We will try our best to accommodate with our schedule!
  • WHY IS MY DATE/TIME SLOT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
    If you are you booking within 3 days of services, you must contact us personally to be scheduled. Text us at 702-720-4052 for availability.
  • HOW DOES EVERYTHING WORK?
    1. Book your stay! Hotel rooms are not included, as we work independent of resorts. We can setup at your home, hotel, or AirBnB in Las Vegas*. Until further notice, we can not provide services at the Venetian or Palazzo hotel. 2. Select your package option (Room Only, Flower Bath, or Combo). 3. To reserve your perfect date and time slot, you can book online. Setup typically takes 2-3 hours. 4. Once your $200 deposit has been received, we will contact you personally to confirm and send a complete invoice. The deposit is non-refundable, but will go toward your total purchase. Final payment is due the day before services. 5. Check into your hotel room! Please be aware that we can not checkin to your hotel for you. After checkin, you will add a decorator's name to your room reservation. 6. Your decorator will obtain a key from front desk. We will keep you updated upon arrival, and completion of services. The room key will be left with cleanup supplies.

Aria Sky Suites Vdara (any room) Waldorf Astoria Bellagio Conrad at Resorts World Until further notice, please be aware that we are unable to provide services at the Venetian and Palazzo.
  • WHEN DO YOU NEED MY ROOM NUMBER?
    We will not need your room number until the day of services. We will text you the day before with room key instructions, let us know your room number anytime after you check in.
  • HOW DO YOU GAIN ACCESS TO MY ROOM?
    You must check into your hotel room first. Your hotel will require a physical copy of your ID and credit card upon arrival, which is why we can not check into your hotel for you. We will provide you room key instructions the day before your setup. All you have to do is add your decorator's name to your reservation. Your decorator will show front desk their ID, which will allow them access to your room. The duplicate key will be left in your room next to cleanup supplies. Your decorator will be in contact with you throughout setup. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADD A NAME TO YOUR RESERVATION, DO NOT PANIC. We can always meet up to exchange a key. Anywhere, anytime. We're very flexible and want to pull off your surprise. We've got you covered! Until further notice, we are unable to provide services at the Venetian or Palazzo hotel.
  • WILL THE BATH WATER BE HOT?
    Yes! The tub will stay warm for about 2 hours after we complete services. We fill the bottom half of the tub with very hot water, and the top half with warm water. You can also request the tub be "extra hot" if you prefer. If the water in your room is not getting hot enough, we will send you a text to make you aware. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control.
