We accept all online forms of payment
We use PayPal to create and send all invoices. We require a $200 non-refundable retainer to hold your date and time slot. Payments can be accepted through any of the following:

Please book at least 7 days in advance. Same day and same week bookings are subject to additional fees. Setups after 9pm are subject to a late fee.
Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your $200 retainer. This is non-refundable, but goes toward your purchase.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The following apply:
Cancellation within 3 days: rebook within 60 days, and $200 retainer is transferred to new booking.
Cancellation within 2 days or less: $200 retainer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

BY USING, VIEWING, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZING THIS SITE, THE SERVICES OR FUNCTIONS OFFERED IN OR BY THIS SITE AND/OR THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE. IF YOU ARE NOT EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR ARE OTHERWISE INCAPABLE OF ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE.
Bali Basics may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, add, or remove all or portions of these terms and conditions without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will be effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following any changes to these terms and conditions shall be deemed acceptance of any such changes. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
Reservations are based on availability. A $200 retainer is required to hold your reservation date and time. The retainer is non-refundable, but goes towards your balance. Remaining payment must be sent by date of services (specifically by the time of arrival). Bali Basics reserves the right to change, or cancel the reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and time.
If the customer cancels within 72 hours of reservation for any means, the retainer can be transferred to a new reservation date and time. The new reservation must be rebooked within 60 days from the date of the original reservation.
If the customer cancels within 48 hours of reservation for any means, customer forfeits the non-refundable retainer. Bali Basics will not transfer the original retainer to a new reservation.
Customers who do not confirm/respond, do not provide Bali Basics decorators proper access to the room, or did not cancel their reservation with at least 3 hours notice are considered no-shows. Any payments received will not be refunded to the customer.
If the customer needs to reschedule reservation within 24 hours, customer will be subject to a $150 rebooking fee and is rescheduling is dependent on Bali Basic's availability.
All Goods received and accepted by Bali Basics to provide Services to you, the customer, shall remain the property and risks of the Customer. The risks, title and liabilities on the Goods shall not in any way be with Bali Basics.
You, the Customer, agree that Bali Basics is under no obligation to take out nor maintain any insurance policy in relation to our goods. Customer shall at their own cost provide all-risk insurance including but not limited to allergies, fire, or additional damages.
Please note that your booking is accepted on the understanding that Bali Basics is not to be responsible for any cleaning or damages upon leaving your setup. You accept all liability for any additional third party fees incurred. Our company is not not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by or resulting from our services.
