Service Description

How it Works 1. Choose your date and time slot (set up takes up to 3 hours) after booking your hotel. 2. Build your package, you can customize your design preference. 3. Send your $200 non-refundable retainer to secure your reservation. The retainer will be applied towards your purchase. Remaining payment is due day of services before we arrive. 4. After you check into your hotel please add the name given to you to your reservation with the front desk or guest services. We will go to the front desk and grab a room key. 5. We will contact you throughout the setup. Once complete we will leave the key for you in your room. ​ 6. Enjoy!

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your $200 retainer. This is non-refundable, but goes toward your purchase. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The following apply: Cancellation within 3 days: rebook within 60 days, and $200 retainer is transferred to new booking. Cancellation within 2 days or less: $200 retainer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
